The successful R-flex fixing element is the standard corner connection for all our high-speed frames. It connects profile and side braces with a specially designed insert.
The lasted innovation is the "Click-in" R-flex. It allows an even faster and more simple installation as the insertion no longer requires fixation by a rivet. The R-flex can be pushed easily into the profile & clicks itself in a fixed position.
The function
The R-flex allows a slight rotation of the frame stave around the side brace nose in the profile chamber. This removes the effect that flexing profiles have on the side brace, especially during high speed operation. Additionally, this unique flexible corner connection system absorbs vibrations and reduces forces on the profile walls. To simplify the frame installation, only one screw is needed to provide the correct tension.
