Sulzer projectile frames

GTP Global Textile Partner delivers high-performance components for Sulzer® projectile weaving machines. This Steel Heddle product line is our answer to market requirements in respect of design, precision, stability and weight. This lightweight construction guarantees high rigidity and ease of heddle movement across the width of the frame. Footed corner connecting elements ensure reduced vibrations of a fast moving harness.

Three designs are available. The "ESS" is standard and suitable for a broad range of applications. The "IRH" and "STS" are available with the extras for special applications. These frames offer exclusive patented design features such as the drop-through centre stays, internal rod support and double wall lower slat construction at each drive and centre brace location. All these Steel Heddle Projectile Frames are specifically designed for Sulzer TW-11, P7100, P7200 and P7300 looms.  

ESS – Economy Sulzer Frame
The "ESS" is a strong and lightweight standard design that is suited to a broad range of fabric applications. Standard execution is with "C" or "J" heddle bars and one fixed position drop-through centre brace . All these Steel Heddle frames are equipped with vibration-reduced frame corners and an unlockable connecting plate for automatic drawing-in machines. All wearing parts are easily replaceable.
