The mentioned densities are for 60% and 75%, which means respectively 60% and 75% of the total space is used by heddles. The rest, 40% and 25%, is empty and used for the warp yarns to pass. For normal applications, 60% is advised. For strong yarns with high twist, up to 75% is possible.
