RPF500: Cost-effective rapier frame
GTP, the world leader in the design of the most reliable weaving accessories, introduces a new frame for the rapier weaving machines. With the current market situation there is a growing need for cost-effective solutions. Therefore, GTP searched for a reliable though low-cost frame that suits the standard requirements of rapier weaving machines.
The RPF500 is GTP’s new cost-effective rapier frame. It is a standard harness frame with a high-strength 120 x 9 mm aluminum profile. The RPF500 design allows both S-connectors and DRC1 driving elements on the frame profile.
This makes the RPF500 a versatile harness frame compatible with most of today’s lower speed rapier looms at weaving speeds of maximum 500 rpm. The RPF500 is available in both C and J-shaped heddle execution and for loom widths up to 240 cm.
In addition, the RPF500 frame can be used with any type of automatic drawing-in machine.
