Te Strake Textile recognizes the need for customer solutions in order to improve the performance of the weaving machine. Depending on the type of fabric you weave, Te Strake Textile has the nozzle that brings you the solution.
 
Customers weaving filament or heavy yarns face sometimes problems with getting the insertion yarn easily across the weaving machine. As a result, maximum pressure has to be given and mostly speed has to be reduced. With the POWER nozzle, you get an extra boost of power to get the maximum out of your weaving machine. You can reduce the insertion stops and increase your efficiency. Additionally, you might be able to even reduce the pressure on your machine.
When you have an air friendly yarn and you are satisfied about the efficiency of your machine, you might be interested in reducing your air consumption as air is nowadays very costly. With the ECO nozzle, you can easily plug-in this new nozzle. Without extra fine-tuning you will face easily an energy saving. Depending on your yarn type, this can vary from 5 to 25% !
Both ECO and POWER nozzle have the unique DLC coating. This coating has the best resistance against wear and yarn cuts. As a result, it increases the life time up to 5 times compared to a standard nozzle.
When still weaving with a single hole nozzle, you need to adjust frequently your nozzle pressure settings for the different fabric styles in order to have the best performance.
With our multi-hole nozzles, you benefit of having a more efficient air stream. They guarantee the most stable blowing angle at different pressure levels. As a result, when facing style changes, no adjustments or fine tuning on the pressure needs to be done. In case of a dusty environment or low air quality, we can still provide single hole nozzles.
